He is currently a mortgage specialist with Quantus Mortgage Solutions. Discovering IBC has helped Curtis build a steady and accessible capital pool that has helped him diversify his portfolio from real estate to a range of investments as well as ensure that each of his holdings is sustainable and within control. He recently started taking a course on “Land Development As A Profitable Investment” and started a company in April, already profiting on a Land Development Deal. He grew up on a farm in Sask and is the father of 3 lovely daughters and married to his beautiful wife for 11 years this year.
