CLIENT SERIES EPISODE:
Scott Wilson high school teacher who began investing in real estate 6 years ago, specifically student rentals. After accumulating a number of houses Scott began to look for other opportunities outside of real estate. He was introduced to IBC by his cousin, Peter Lount, a couple of years ago. It took Scott about 6 months to begin to understand how this concept could benefit his investments along with his everyday living expenses. Using IBC has allowed Scott to find new opportunities along with having security with his existing investments.
