Wealth Without Bay Street EPISODE #102: Today on Wealth Without Baystreet, we have Dan McMullen featuring on the client series. Dan is a high school teacher in Markham, Ontario. He has been investing in real estate since 2019 and currently holds 3 properties in the portfolio. Student Rentals and Duplexes have been the main strategy thus far in his real estate holdings. In 2019 he was introduced to IBC and was given Nelson Nash’s book ‘Becoming Your Own Banker’ by his coach Peter Lount, who is also featured on this episode. Since this time, he has quickly created a system of policies that are working towards a better financial future for his family. Dan has a strong desire to continue his journey of creating more passive income and contributes his current success to many factors that include, establishing a growth mindset, creating a power team of like-minded investors and taking action when opportunities arise.
